How it works!

Our silver package starts at $55/Guest and our Gold package starts at $68/guest. These packages include 2 passed hors deouvres, salad & bread, 3 sides, 2 mains and a vegan main dish.

Our Chef has created these packages to ensure that your menu has a theme that works. Beer, wine and drink pairings are recommended and Chef Ross will be happy provide any assistance in this area, if needed.

We do our best to source any and all ingredients from local farmers and artisanal food makers in our area.

Drink local!

We provide alcohol and bar service as well. We have a mobile bar that can be set up and broken down in just minutes. We also have some of the most talented local bartenders to make those specialty cocktails that we all enjoy.

We arrive early morning on your wedding day with our 28” trailer that houses our mobile kitchen. Depending on your event space, we unload our equipment and set up an outdoor kitchen to provide a unique experience for you and your guests. Yes! We cook everything on site, before your very eyes. Our unofficial motto is “Restaurant quality food in a banquet setting.” Unless, of course you’d like us to be behind the scenes, in which case, we are able to cook out of the trailer.

We take out everything that we bring in! Meaning, we take care of all the garbage removal and clean up of the event space, in the food area.

We use disposable plates and flatware unless you’ll be providing your own. We do this to cut down on your final costs and to prevent the spread of COVID 19. We have chargers that are available for place settings.
