Brian Gregoire

Brian is the long-time owner and proprietor of 2 great pizza shops in the Corinth and Lake Luzurne area. Having opened his first restaurant at 22 years old, you can still see Brian running the line at Roccos in Corinth. Brian is now focusing on building Northway Catering Company into the best in the area.

A veteran of several professional kitchens in the Capital Region, Ross’s love of cooking dates back to pre-school when he spent lots of time at the Merrill Magee House in Warrensburg. This family business exposed him to every aspect of the restaurant-hospitality business. Even being granted the great honor of the job title “Roll Boy.” Dressed in white button-down, slack and tie, he was tasked with greeting guests table-side, basket in hand, explaining the evenings offerings of fresh baked breads. However, the ambitious 10 year old clearly gravitated to the kitchen. His experience includes working at The Inn at Erlowest, Lake George, with Chef Ken Lingle & Chef Mike Burdick and at New World Bistro, Chef Ric Orlando’s award-winning Albany restaurant. With a keen interest in urban micro-farming, Ross enthusiastically seeks out local ingredients to create exciting and bold seasonal food.
